Martin Noto

Martin Noto has a strong and extensive work experience in the banking industry. Martin is currently serving as the Executive Vice President & Chief Lending Officer at Ciera Bank since July 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Inwood National Bank from April 2019 to July 2023. Before that, they served as the President/CEO - Fort Worth Region at First Financial Bank Texas from July 2015 to April 2019. Martin's earlier roles include being the Regional Executive Vice President/Corporate Banking Manager at Origin Bank from October 2009 to July 2015, Executive Vice President/Corporate Banking Manager at BBVA Compass from August 2006 to October 2009, Senior Vice President/Regional Chief Credit Officer at J.P. Morgan Chase from January 1999 to July 2006, and Vice President/Manager of Commercial Real Banking Group at Bank One from August 1992 to January 1999.

Martin Noto attended the University of North Texas from 1980 to 1982 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. Martin then continued their education at the same university from 1982 to 1983 and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance.
