Raffaella Nofroni has a strong background in human resources and general services. Raffaella started their career in 2002 as an HR Professional at Gruppo Santagostino, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Manpower Italia Srl as a Human Resources Development Expert, and they stayed there until 2008. Raffaella then moved to CIFA - Concrete Machinery, where they held various roles within the human resources department. Raffaella started as an HR Organization and Development Manager in 2008 and worked in that position until 2016. From 2017 to 2022, they served as the Human Resources & General Services Manager at CIFA. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources & General Services Director at CIFA, starting in 2022.
