Arjun Medhi

Arjun Medhi currently serves as Director at Unraveling and Project Manager at Cifas, focusing on management consultancy in compliance and operational changes. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Compliance at Barclays, where Arjun led the creation of a data strategy for Investigations & Whistleblowing, and as Compliance Manager at HSBC and Santander, overseeing whistleblower investigations and Anti Bribery & Corruption initiatives, respectively. Additionally, Arjun was Board Chair at Edmund Waller, providing strategic leadership for a primary school's vision and objectives, and has held roles at CIPFA and the UK Ministry of Defence, developing anti-fraud strategies and data analytics programs. Arjun holds an MSc with Distinction in Counter Fraud and Counter Corruption Studies from the University of Portsmouth, a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics & Economics from The University of Hull, and a Certificate in Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management.
