Jackie Hanley

Jackie Hanley has a strong background in administrative and executive assistant roles. Jackie served as Head of Business Services at Cifas, where they managed facilities and office services, oversaw health and safety and fire risk issues, and ensured compliance with legal obligations. Jackie also played a key role in knowledge management and business continuity planning. Prior to their role at Cifas, Hanley worked as an Executive Assistant to the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Director of Marketing and Communications at the University of Hertfordshire. Jackie was responsible for organizing diaries, travel arrangements, and liaising with senior management. Jackie also served as a Senior Committee Administrator, providing support to committee chairs and coordinating administrative arrangements for board meetings.

Jackie Hanley attended North Hertfordshire College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Business Foundation Degree in Business Administration. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, they studied at the University of Hertfordshire, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration.
