Keith Cullar's work experience begins in 2007 when they worked as an Analyst in the Communications, Media & Entertainment Finance group at CIT Group. There, they were involved in underwriting, due diligence, and the credit approval process for cash flow and acquisition financing for middle and lower-middle-market companies.
In 2010, Keith joined Jefferies & Company as a Vice President in Jefferies Finance, the division responsible for underwriting and managing middle-market corporate debt. Keith dealt with accounts that required problem-solving, managed performing accounts, and assisted in new underwritings.
Starting in 2014, Keith worked at Apex Credit Partners, a division of Jefferies Group, as a Senior Vice President and Research Analyst. Their responsibilities included initial underwriting and ongoing monitoring for various industries, such as Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industrial, and Transportation, with a total funded outstanding capital of approximately $500 million.
Keith's most recent role is with CIFC Asset Management, where they serve as a Research Analyst - Executive Director. Keith joined in 2021 and continues to contribute their expertise in this position.
