Michael Bagnola is an experienced Project Manager at CIG Communities since August 2017, serving as an owner’s representative throughout the construction process, including pre-planning, drawing reviews, contractor bidding, and managing project closeout. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Construction Cost Manager at Luxottica, where responsibilities included collaborating with various departments and managing an estimating team for numerous projects annually. Additional experience includes roles as a Magnolia Home Theater Specialist at Best Buy Co., Inc., a Customer Service Representative at Fifth Third Bank, and a Project Engineer at Kroger Co., where management of substantial project rollouts occurred. Early in the career, Michael gained foundational experience as an Assistant Superintendent, an Assistant Architect, and a Field Technician. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and two Associate degrees from the University of Cincinnati in Civil and Construction Engineering and Architectural Engineering.
