Zineb Lebik

Zineb LEBIK has extensive experience in public sector human resources management and legal expertise. Currently serving as the Directrice du département expertise at CIG de la Grande Couronne since July 2011, Zineb provides guidance to public employers on various HR-related matters, including statutory advice, reform commissions, and retirement issues. Zineb also leads the département Gestion locale, overseeing a team of approximately 31 agents and delivering expert assistance in areas such as public contracts, finance, and urban planning. Additionally, Zineb contributes to academia as a Conférencière at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and serves as a Formatrice for the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale, specializing in HR management. Previous experience includes the role of Responsable pédagogique for a university diploma in public procurement law.
