The Retail Team at Cigars International is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our physical stores located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida. Team members, including Bartenders, Certified Tobacconists, Retail Associates, Sales Associates, and Managers, focus on providing knowledgeable service, recommending cigars and accessories, and maintaining the store’s appearance and inventory. They ensure each customer receives personalized attention, helping them to find the perfect cigar while upholding the company's standards of quality, price, and variety.
