Ben Flotken

Ben Flotken is a seasoned User Experience Designer with extensive experience in both corporate and consulting roles. Currently employed at BJC HealthCare since April 2022, Ben has a proven track record of establishing UX practices in agile environments and driving user adoption through comprehensive design processes. Prior to BJC HealthCare, Ben contributed as a UX Interaction Designer at Advocado and as a Product Designer at Eastman Chemical Company, where responsibilities included conducting user research, designing software solutions, and enhancing navigational structure for various platforms. Additional consulting roles at Washington University in St. Louis and the Dental Lifeline Network involved improving website responsiveness and user engagement. Ben is equipped with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Hendrix College and furthered education at General Assembly, focusing on UX design.
