Bethany Arrow

Bethany Arrow currently serves as the Behavioral Health Finance Lead at Cigna Healthcare since August 2025. Prior to this role, Bethany held the position of Program Manager - Enterprise Behavioral Health at Highmark Health from August 2022 to July 2025 and worked as an Operations Effectiveness Advisor at CIGNA from October 2019 to July 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Lead of Reimbursement Innovations at Highmark Health for a year and a half and managing Clinical Operations - MidAtlantic at Matrix Medical Network from July 2014 to April 2018. Earlier in the career, Bethany was a Production Support Leader and Predictive Analyst at USIS, starting in March 2007. Bethany earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Grace College & Seminary between 2001 and 2004.
