Carlos Mercader

Carlos Mercader has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Carlos began their career at IBM Global Services, where they worked in the quality department. Carlos then moved on to AT&T, where they served as a Customer Billing Project Manager for eight years. After that, they joined Techex as a Procurement & Ordering Manager before transitioning to Duro Felguera - Alstom Power as a Cost Control Manager. Carlos then joined Vodafone, where they held various positions including Business Improvement Project Manager and Customer Experience Project Manager. Carlos later worked at SunEdison as the European Customer Experience Manager. Currently, Carlos is employed at Cigna Healthcare, where they have held roles such as European Quality Assurance Senior Manager and Head of Process Engineers & Optimization.

Carlos Mercader earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Physics - Electrochemistry from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they studied from 1989 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Carlos obtained several certifications in various fields such as Business Collaboration in the Modern Workplace, Digital Transformation, Foundations of The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), IoT Foundations: Fundamentals, and RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in 2020.
