Dana Cohen

Dana Cohen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, implementation, and sales. Currently serving as an Agile Product Owner/Manager at Cigna since June 2015, Dana focuses on strategic oversight of deliverables and capturing business requirements for various initiatives. Previously, as an Implementation Manager, responsibilities included leading multiple implementation projects and developing solutions to challenges that arose. Before Cigna, Dana was the Owner/Operator of Sweet Tea's, cultivating strong customer relationships, and held the position of Director of Catering Sales at CRG, managing a team across 37 locations. Additionally, Dana has experience as a Trainer and Technical Coach at Cigna Healthcare, overseeing a team of customer service associates and creating performance improvement newsletters. Dana holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Palm Beach State College.
