Ingrid Navarro

Ingrid Navarro, BSN, RN, CCM, is an experienced nursing professional with a robust background in case management and patient care. Currently serving as Case Management Manager at Cigna Healthcare since July 2016, Ingrid has also held roles as Utilization Review Nurse and Case Management Associate at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Prior experience includes working in the Neuro ICU at Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach and as a Staff Nurse at Geo Care, Inc., where responsibilities included managing psychiatric patient care. Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Nursing from Miami Dade College, along with a Practical Nursing certification from Miami Lakes Educational Center.
