Jennifer Rodriguez is an experienced professional in facilities management with a focus on customer experience and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Chief of Staff at Cigna Healthcare since October 2019, Jennifer oversees regional facilities management for the Cigna and Express-Scripts West Region. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at CBRE as a Regional Facilities Manager, managing the Cigna account on the West Coast. Jennifer also held the position of Regional Facilities Manager for The Americas at American Express Global Business Travel, handling operations across multiple locations in the US, Canada, and Latin America.
