Linu C. has over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as an Agile Product Manager, Lean Portfolio Manager, and Release Train Engineer at Cigna Healthcare since February 2013, leading the transformation to SAFe Agile processes and facilitating Program Increment Planning sessions. Prior experience includes various roles at CGI USA from April 2009 to February 2013, where Linu C. worked as a Consulting Project Manager, Business System Analyst, and QA Lead for a Healthcare Payer. Before that, Linu C. held positions at Mahindra Satyam USA from June 2001 to March 2009, progressing from Offshore Production Support Analyst to System Analyst Lead, overseeing teams and ensuring quality deliverables. Linu C. holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Hartford and a B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Kerala.
