Rathnamala Nataraja

Rathnamala Nataraja has a diverse background in software development and application advisory roles, currently serving as an Application Development Advisor at Cigna Healthcare since March 2023. Prior experience includes a position as a Software Associate at Wipro Technologies from February 2021 to March 2023, and a Technical Lead at Mindtree from July 2010 to May 2016, where Rathnamala led teams and worked extensively with technologies such as Java, Spring, Security, Hibernate, Grails, and Groovy. Rathnamala began the career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies from June 2007 to July 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science from BNM Institute of Technology, completed in 2007.
