Rich Turner

Rich Turner is a seasoned professional in workforce engagement and contact center operations, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Engagement Engineering at Cigna Healthcare since October 2012. In this role, Rich manages a team responsible for overseeing infrastructure engineering management and technical product ownership for multiple workforce engagement tools, catering to over 50,000 agents across Cigna, ESI, and EviCore enterprises. Previous positions include Workforce Engagement Engineering Sr. Manager and IT Planning Manager at Cigna, as well as Workforce Planning Manager at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, where Rich developed strategic staffing plans and improved operational efficiencies. Rich has an ongoing commitment to education, pursuing studies at Atlantic Cape Community College after completing high school at Egg Harbor Township High School.
