Richard Dobrusin Do, Facofp

Richard Dobrusin DO FACOFP is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in family medicine and medical education. Currently serving as Cigna Medical Director of Utilization Management since September 2022, Richard previously held the role of Supervising Physician Director at Cigna Medical Group from July 2020 to March 2023. Richard has also made significant contributions to academic medicine as a Clinical Associate Professor at Midwestern University and has played key roles in residency programs at A.T. Still University and Mesa General Hospital. Additionally, Richard has experience as a managing owner of Mesa Family Medical Center, overseeing a medical practice for over two decades, and has served as a volunteer expert witness for the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Richard holds a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Master of Science degree in Thoracic Outlet Syndromes from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
