Rick Zantow

Rick Zantow has a diverse work experience in the technology and information protection field. Rick began their career at CIGNA in 1991, where they served as a Technical Support Specialist, handling desktop and infrastructure services support. Rick also played a key role in upgrading network capacity and introducing security measures for key applications. Rick then moved on to become the Director of Applications Support, where they oversaw desktop implementations and managed the test lab facility for the Retirement & Investment Management business.

In 2004, Zantow became the Infrastructure Engineer Director at CIGNA, where they managed multiple projects, technology infrastructure, and technical staff. Rick also formulated and executed strategic infrastructure plans and facilitated data and network separation activities due to business divestiture.

In 2007, they joined The Hartford as a Director, where they served until 2008. During this time, they utilized their expertise in technology and information protection.

Since 2010, Zantow has worked at Cigna as Information Protection Director / Senior Director, responsible for ensuring the security of the company's information and systems.

Rick Zantow began their education at Quinnipiac University - School of Business from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business. Rick then attended the University of Connecticut from 1989 to 1991, where they earned an M.B.A. degree.

In addition to their formal education, Rick Zantow has obtained several certifications.
