Roslyn "Roz" Cunningham has extensive experience in sales operations, customer service, and budget management across various industries. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Cigna since September 2018, Roslyn oversees the compensation statement process to ensure timely payments to clients. Previously, Roslyn held several leadership roles at Carson's, Party City, Target, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where responsibilities included managing teams, driving sales, training staff, and handling budget analysis for large financial accounts.
