Tarek Boulos

Tarek Boulos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, holding the title of Sr. Program Manager and Release Train Engineer at Cigna since July 2013. With a strong background in agile methodologies, Tarek has effectively interfaced with executive teams to manage project schedules, budgets, and risks. Previous roles include Sr. Agile Project Manager at Tellabs, where Tarek led an agile transformation, and Sr. Quality & Program Manager at Fujitsu Network Communications, overseeing cross-functional program execution. Tarek’s earlier experience includes managing software projects at Nortel Networks. Tarek holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Concordia University and various certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
