LaTia Raine has been serving as the Director of Group Operations at Cigna since July 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing overall quality metrics to ensure adherence to service commitments. LaTia Raine also ensures that operational goals and metrics are consistently met and exceeded in both the Cigna and Cigna Insurance Services roles held during the same time period.
