Jogen Gondalia has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Jogen started their career in 2006 as a Technical Support Consultant at Service Stream, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a CRM Operations Technical Consultant at Mobile World Networks. In 2010, they joined CIGNEX as an Associate Vice President - Delivery, where they currently hold a role.
Jogen Gondalia started their education in 1999 at Gujarat University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Communication (IC). Jogen completed their degree in 2002. During the same period, from 1999 to 2002, they also obtained a Diploma in Software Engineering from NIIT.
In 2003 and 2004, Jogen attended Swinburne University of Technology, where they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology (IT). Jogen successfully completed their Master's degree in 2004.
In August 2015, Jogen obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert.
