Lotfi Sekkat

His Majesty King Mohammed VI appointed on Tuesday June 4, 2019 Mr. Lotfi SEKKAT, Chief Executive Officer of CIH BANK in accordance with the provisions of article 49 of the Constitution, on the proposal of the Head of Government and at the initiative of the Minister of Economy and Finance. Mr. Lotfi SEKKAT, a native of Meknes in 1964, held the position of Deputy Managing Director in charge of Finance, Resources and Risks at CIH BANK.

Prior to his appointment to CIH BANK, he had a rich professional career at Crédit du Maroc where he carried out various missions at the General Secretariat of Operations, held the position of Director of IT and Organization and was appointed Central Director of Industrialization.

Mr. Lotfi SEKKAT is an engineer graduated from the National School of Electronics, Computer Science and Radio Communications of Bordeaux.

In addition, Mr. Lotfi SEKKAT is a member of the boards of directors of SOFAC, Maroc Leasing, Umnia Bank, Center Monétique Interbancaire, AjarInvest and Maghreb Titrisation. And he is also president of the Federation of Banking and Financial Services at CGEM.
