Felix Makori is an experienced HTS Specialist at the Center for International Health, Education, and Biosecurity (Ciheb) at UMB, where responsibilities include developing and implementing capacity-building plans for HIV testing services, continuous quality improvement systems, and strategies for patient retention and adherence support.
