Bruce Hoffmann

Bruce Hoffmann has an extensive background in the baking industry, with experience ranging from being a Bakery Manager at Safeway to working as a Director of International Business Development at Cereal Ingredients Inc. Bruce holds an AA degree in Baking from Dunwoody Institute and has held various positions such as Pastry Chef/Baker at Marriott International and Lab Tech at International Multifoods. Currently, Bruce serves as the Vice President of Key Accounts at CII.
