Lauren Fairs

Lauren Fairs currently serves as the UK & Israel Marketing Lead at Ciklum since May 2021, with additional roles in US GTM Strategy & Operations and GTM Transformation Lead. Prior to Ciklum, Lauren Fairs worked at EY from September 2019 to April 2021 as a GTM Business Transformation Consultant and held a previous position at EY from July 2016 to July 2017 as a Transformation Consultant focused on Growth Strategy. Additional experience includes a brief tenure at North Highland UK in late 2015, an internship with the Bank of England's Prudential Regulatory Authority in mid-2015, and a role as a Pathways to International Trade Advisor with UK Trade & Investment. Early career experience includes work as a Research Associate for Andrea Leadsom MP in July 2012. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Exeter (2014-2018) and completion of high school at Dr Challoner's High School and The Royal Masonic School for Girls.
