Lucian G. is an experienced software professional with a diverse range of roles and expertise. Lucian started their career at Nokia as a Symbian Developer Intern, gaining valuable experience in C++. Lucian then co-founded Questo, a mobile app start-up focused on providing authentic local experiences for travelers.

Moving on, Lucian joined Orange, where they worked as a Full-Stack Senior SDE, designing and implementing scalable frameworks for telco and fintech applications. Lucian also mentored junior engineers during their time there. After that, they transitioned to a role as a Full-Stack SDE, primarily developing and integrating solutions for telco applications.

In 2015, Lucian joined TC as a Software Development Consultant, utilizing their skills in Java, Python, JS, and SQL to implement technical solutions for non-technical businesses. Lucian then joined Flatirons Solutions as a Java Technical Lead, overseeing an international team that designed and implemented enterprise Java-based frameworks for aerospace and defense customers.

In 2019, Lucian joined Ciklum as a Java Technical Lead, where their responsibilities included engineering technology that empowered clients to redefine their industries. Lucian later became a Principal Java Developer and Software Architect, leading the development process and architecting technology for client empowerment. Lucian also acted as the Community Lead for Java and AI within the company.

Alongside their professional roles, Lucian has been involved in various educational and mentorship initiatives. Lucian served as a Java & SQL Trainer at the Software Development Academy, teaching OOP and database concepts to professionals. Lucian also worked as an AI/ML Technical Mentor at Google's Digital Workshop, developing an AI course for Romanian technical students.

Lucian G. has a strong educational background in the field of telecommunications and information technology. They obtained an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunications Systems and Technologies from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Advanced Software Technologies for Telecommunications (TSAC) from the same faculty, which they completed between 2012 and 2014. Currently, Lucian is a PhD student in Artificial Intelligence at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, starting in 2023. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained several certifications in the field of computer science, including Certified Artificial Intelligence Developer from Global Tech Council (obtained in 2022), Certified Blockchain Expert™ from Blockchain Council (obtained in 2021), and Certified Computer Science Trainer from Ministerul Educației Naționale (obtained in 2020).
