Vice President Emerging Accounts, Europe at Ciklum

Olga Kuraksa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Olga started their career at Kerria Holding as an Internal Auditor/Finance Manager, where they worked from June 2002 to May 2005. Their responsibilities included auditing checks, preparing reports, and analyzing financial performance.

Following that, Olga joined Deloitte Ukraine as a Manager in Management Consulting in July 2005. Olga worked on various projects, including a $2 million project for a major CIS Oil&Gas company, focusing on environmental management improvement and analyzing and reorganizing customer service business processes.

In 2014, Olga began working at Ciklum, initially as the Head of Compliance and Business Process Automation | Procurement | Process Improvements. Their role involved overseeing compliance activities, implementing automation processes, and improving procurement and business processes. Olga held this position until June 2018.

After their role at Ciklum, Olga took on the role of Operations and Compliance Project Director, where they led, planned, and performed governance, risk management, internal control, compliance, and ethics activities. Olga also supervised operations in areas such as business process automation, sourcing, and procurement. Their key achievement during this role was leading the implementation of an Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption program.

Olga later held the positions of Director of Global Workforce Management, Vice President Global, IT Recruitment and Workforce Management, and General Manager Poland, Bulgaria, and Ukraine at Ciklum. These roles involved strategic resource planning, recruitment, operational excellence, and branch management.

Currently, Olga serves as the Vice President Emerging Accounts, Europe at Ciklum. In this role, they spearhead strategic initiatives to drive client growth in the UK and Western Europe. Olga collaborates with clients to ensure successful delivery of objectives and leads a team focused on providing exceptional customer care and support.

Olga Kuraksa earned their Master's Degree in Economics from the State University of Trade and Economics from 1997 to 2002.
