Sriram Swaminathan

Sriram Swaminathan is the Managing Director of Ciklum, overseeing the North America business with a focus on experience-led product engineering and AI-driven solutions since 2023. Previously, Sriram spent 22 years at Cognizant in various leadership roles, including Markets Leader for Digital Business & Technology, where Sriram integrated Collaborative Solutions and developed Cognizant's Workday practice. Earlier positions included managing the Financial Services business within the Digital Operations business unit in Europe, acting as a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives on transformation initiatives. Sriram also served as a Client Partner for Banking & Financial Services, delivering strategies for digital transformation to prominent financial institutions. Sriram's career began at Citi Asset Management as a Project Manager. Sriram holds an Executive Programme in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Shivaji University.
