Svitlana Nemyria

Svitlana Nemyria is an experienced HR expert specializing in Performance and Talent Management, currently serving as an HR Expert at Ciklum since March 2023. Previously, Svitlana held leadership positions at IDS International as Head of Talent Management and IDS Ukraine as Head of Talent & Organisational Change, focusing on performance and career development systems. Early career experience includes roles at ZEO Alliance, SHL Ukraine, and independent consultancy, where Svitlana developed training systems, conducted executive coaching, and managed various talent assessment and development projects.
