Tetiana Hyriavets

Tetiana Hyriavets has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Tetiana is currently working at Ciklum as the Global Head of HR Partners, responsible for leading a team and ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR Partners, Ukraine, where they managed a team of 18 HR professionals and implemented HR strategies for a location with 2500 employees. Tetiana also held the position of Senior People Partners Lead, where they managed a team, implemented talent management processes, and established HR frameworks. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior People Partner, providing HR services to multinational clients. Before joining Ciklum, they held HR leadership roles at FigLeaf App and EXMO Finance LLP. Tetiana'sexperience also includes a role as an HR Manager at Kievstar, where they collaborated with business managers on talent management and performance processes. Tetiana was also previously an HR Manager and Head of the training and development unit at Alfa Bank Ukraine.

Tetiana Hyriavets earned a master's degree in Public Finance from the National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine between 2004 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2022.
