Project Management and Logistics

The Project Management and Logistics team at Cilantro Engineering UK Limited is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of multi-discipline Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) installation projects. The Project Managers ensure that all stages of a project align with client specifications, compliance standards, and budget constraints. Concurrently, the Logistics Managers coordinate the efficient procurement, distribution, and on-site deployment of materials and equipment necessary for the seamless delivery of services. The Designer Project Lead collaborates closely with both managers to ensure that the design solutions are effectively integrated and executed, meeting the high standards and innovative requirements of each project.
