Hélène Krol

Hélène Krol has worked at two different companies over the course of their career. From 2003 to 2006, they served as a PhD student at Institut Fresnel. Then, in 2006, they joined CILAS, where they held multiple roles. Hélène started as a Development Engineer, responsible for calculating new thin film stacks and proposing innovative solutions for optical systems used in laser, space, and astronomy applications. Hélène also participated in the development and characterization of these thin film functions. In 2010, they became a Project Manager at CILAS, and just recently in June 2020, they took on the role of Products line manager. The end dates for their latest roles are not specified.

Hélène Krol obtained their Diplôme d'ingénieur in Optics from the Institut d'Optique Graduate School, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Louis-le-Grand from 1997 to 1999, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
