Craig Hamer

Craig Hamer is the Chief Executive at CILEX, the 2nd largest professional body in the legal services sector in the UK. Craig is also the Director & Founder of The Performance Culture, a consultancy specializing in change, people, and performance issues. Additionally, Craig works as a Lecturer at Leeds Business School and as an Associate Consultant & Facilitator at MML. With previous experience at Dews Motor Group, PA Consulting, Vodafone, and Horwath Consulting, Craig has a strong background in business transformation and project management. As the former National President of AIESEC UK, Craig has experience in running operations for one of the world's largest student organizations. Craig holds a BA Hons 2:1 in Management Studies from Newcastle University.
