Eileen Milner is an accomplished independent chair and non-executive director with extensive leadership experience in both the education and healthcare sectors. Eileen served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Education and Skills Funding Agency from 2017 to 2021 and held the role of Executive Director at the Care Quality Commission from 2013 to 2017. Currently, Eileen chairs the Bradford Children and Families Trust, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, and CILEX, while also serving as a non-executive director at Ofqual.
