Adam Tarif

Adam Tarif is an experienced professional in the medical and pharmaceutical fields, currently serving as the International Surgical Training Manager at CILIATECH - Glaucoma Innovators since August 2025. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at Sanoculis Ltd., including Head of Clinical Affairs EU and Surgical Specialist, as well as Head of Clinical Operations and CRA from March 2022 to September 2025. Adam's experience also includes working as a CTA/CRA at MediWound from April 2019 to June 2021, and as a production and laboratory expert at Micromedic Technologies Ltd. from March 2018 to March 2019. Earlier in the career, Adam worked as a Manufacturing Technician at Protalix Biotherapeutics from December 2015 to February 2018. Adam holds a CRA degree from Bioforum and a practical engineer degree in pharmaceutical chemistry from Braude Academic College.
