Dave Henderson

Dave is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cilker Henderson Properties, a specialized medical real estate company in Silicon Valley. CH Properties owns and manages over 400,000 square feet of medical office space. Dave joined CH Properties in 1988.

Before his role with CH Properties, Dave served as General Manager at Arrow Electronics. He has a Bachelor of Business Management from Penn State University.

Dave is a member of the Rotary Club San Jose. He serves on the Private Company Director Advisory Board. In the past, he has served on the Wells Fargo Advisory Board and Stroke Awareness Foundation Board.

Dave and his wife Noelle have three children and two grandchildren. He enjoys time with family, trips to Maui, playing golf, and broadway shows.
