Fabien Defays

Fabien Defays is an accomplished entrepreneur and engineer with extensive experience in the fields of mechatronics, electrical, and mechanical engineering. Fabien co-founded and currently serves as CEO of Cilyx and Citius Engineering, with the latter focusing on industrial applications and project management. Additionally, Fabien co-founded Ciseo SA, which specializes in technology for life sciences. Involved in various professional organizations, Fabien holds administrative roles in AILg and Réseau Entreprendre Wallonie, and has a history of leadership as CEO for multiple companies, including industrial robotics automation and KST Process, which merged with Citius Engineering. Fabien’s earlier career includes positions at Techspace Aero, where responsibilities included project management and customer support. Fabien earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Liège.
