Caitlin Koskinen

Caitlin Koskinen has a diverse work experience in the sales and account executive roles. Caitlin currently works as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at CIM since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sprinklr from 2020 to 2023 as an Enterprise Account Executive, helping big businesses deliver more human and intuitive customer experiences. From 2017 to 2020, Caitlin served as an Enterprise Account Executive at Optimizely, where they enabled businesses to experiment and personalize their customer experience. Before that, they worked as a Sales Director at Medallia from 2016 to 2017, assisting top brands in creating customer experiences that they love. Additionally, Caitlin worked at Bazaarvoice from 2013 to 2016, where they held various roles including Sales Director and Market Development Manager, driving authentic customer-powered marketing for global brands. Caitlin began their career at Meltwater Group in 2012, focusing on client acquisition and business development.

Caitlin Koskinen attended Cedar Park High School from 2004 to 2008. After graduating from high school, they went on to study at Texas A&M University from 2008 to 2012. During their time at Texas A&M, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Business. In 2011, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at the Academy for International Education, focusing on International Sport Business.
