Russell Wilson

Russell Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and positions. Russell is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at CIM since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Mobile Application Developer at Universal Currency starting from July 2017. Russell also served as a Scala Developer (Contract) at Vrbo from July 2019 to December 2020.

Before these roles, they worked as the Managing Director at Circular Dependency Ltd from June 2014 to December 2020. Russell also worked as a Scala Developer (Contract) at HomeAway.co.uk from May 2017 to May 2019, and as a Software Engineer (Contract) at Hotels.com from July 2014 to May 2017.

Their earlier experiences include roles at NOW TV, where they served as a Principal Software Developer from December 2013 to July 2014, and as a Senior Software Developer from October 2011 to December 2013. Prior to NOW TV, they worked at Sky as a Senior Software Developer from November 2008 to October 2011.

Russell's earlier experiences also include working as a Java Developer at Inspired Gaming Group from August 2007 to November 2008 and as a Web Application Developer and Software Engineer at Esphion (Allot Communications) from September 2004 to May 2007 and August 2001 to September 2004, respectively.

Russell Wilson attended Massey University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Engineering. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications including Certified Scrum Professional, obtained from Scrum.org in November 2013, Sun Certified Web Component Developer, obtained from Sun Microsystems in October 2009, and Sun Certified Java Programmer, obtained from Sun Microsystems in January 2007.
