Sharona Ramdoss, CFA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory and investment management. Currently serving as Co-Founder & Partner at Adaptiv Global Partners and Adaptiv Outsourcing, Sharona has been instrumental in assisting European firms with their strategies and providing remote accounting services. As an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the ESG Committee at Cim Finance, Sharona plays a pivotal role in corporate governance. Previous roles include Chief Advisory and Development Officer at Rogers Capital, Chief Investment Officer at PSG Wealth, and various board positions, including with Ascencia Ltd and Investment Professionals Ltd.
