Cristina Cervantes is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles within the industry. Currently serving as Director at The Beverly Hills Hotel since September 2024, Cristina has held various key positions at CIM Group, including Senior Hospitality Manager Operations and Manager of Hospitality Services, where contributions to the Diversity and Inclusion Council were also made. Prior to this, Cristina excelled as General Manager at Alsace Hotel LA from August 2021 to September 2024 and as Director of Housekeeping at Rancho Valencia.
