David Thompson has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. David began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1987, where they served as a Manager in the Audit Practice until 1995. David then joined Hilton Hotels Corporation as the SVP Controller and held that position until 2009. In 2009, they moved to The CIM Group, where they worked as Principal and Chief Financial Officer. Currently, David serves as the Chief Executive Officer at CIM Commercial Trust since 2019.
In 1987, David Thompson briefly attended the University of Southern California, where they pursued a field of study in Accounting. However, it is unclear if they completed a degree program.
