Jared Wisen

Jared Wisen currently serves as AVP of Investments at CIM Group, having progressed through roles as Senior Associate and Associate within the same investment department since May 2022. Prior to this, Jared worked at AIG as an Associate in Global Real Estate, focusing on the Southeast region and joint venture equity from March 2021 to April 2022. Jared gained additional experience in real estate finance at Townhouse Partners from July 2017 to February 2021, including secondments to J.P. Morgan. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business and completed a high school diploma at The Wheeler School.
