Rama Kaza

Rama Kaza has extensive work experience in the finance and real estate sectors. From 2007 to 2008, Rama worked at Knight Frank India as an Assistant Manager in Consultancy Services, where they handled various consulting assignments related to market research, bid strategies, and investment analysis. In 2008, Rama joined HDFC Limited and progressed through various roles, including Deputy Manager of Operations, Manager of Project Finance, Senior Manager of Project Finance, and Assistant General Manager of Project Finance. In these roles, Rama led the commercial real estate lending business for southern Indian states and was responsible for the growth and performance of a portfolio comprising commercial loans to real estate developers/owners. Finally, in 2019, Rama joined CIM Group as an Associate Vice President of Portfolio Oversight and was later promoted to Vice President in 2022.

Rama Kaza's education history begins with their undergraduate studies at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they obtained a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from 2001 to 2005. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, Rama pursued further education at the National Institute of Construction Management And Research (NICMAR) and obtained a PGDACM degree with a focus on Real Estate.

Years later, Rama furthered their education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. From 2017 to 2019, they pursued an MS in Real Estate Development. During this time, their field of study centered around Real Estate Finance & Economics.

Additionally, in 2018, Rama attended Harvard Business School and took MBA Electives. The electives they chose were specifically focused on Venture Capital & Private Equity (Course 1428) and Private Equity Finance (Course 1440).
