Barry Berlin

Barry Berlin serves as a Managing Director in the Finance Group at CIM Group and is the Chief Financial Officer of CIM Capital, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of both Creative Media & Community Trust Corporation (CMCT) and CIM Real Assets and Credit Fund (CIM RACR) . Mr. Berlin has served in various finance and accounting roles within CIM Group and its affiliates since 2017. He began his career at Laventhol and Horwath and continued as an audit manager at Imber and Company, Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
