Sebastien Charbonneau

Sebastien Charbonneau has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager at CiM Maintenance since August 2007. In this role, Sebastien coordinates customer support, consulting, software development, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project completion. Previously, Sebastien held positions including Customer Support Manager, where collaboration with various teams improved customer satisfaction, and Quality Assurance Tester, leading efforts to enhance testing documentation through migration to TestRail. Additionally, Sebastien contributed to business development for promoting CiM's Visual Planner and asset management services. Prior experience includes Internet Sales Manager at Plantation Ford, where Sebastien implemented marketing strategies that significantly boosted online vehicle sales and earned recognition as Employee of the Year in 2006. Sebastien holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Concordia University and previously studied Business Management at Northwood University.
