Sebastien Charbonneau has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager at CiM Maintenance since August 2007. In this role, Sebastien coordinates customer support, consulting, software development, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project completion. Sebastien holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Concordia University and previously studied Business Management at Northwood University.
