Katie Straight

Katie Straight currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Client Success at CIMA Consulting since November 2023. Concurrently, Katie holds the positions of Lecturer and Associate Director of Graduate Academic Programs at the University of Virginia's Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, roles undertaken since August 2019. Katie's extensive experience includes serving as a Consultant at CIMA Consulting, a Consultant for International Partnerships and Strategic Growth at Jobs for Life, and various leadership roles at Jobs for Life, Teachers Without Borders, and HOPE International. Katie holds a Master’s degree in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Virginia.
