Parsa Shirvani

Parsa Shirvani, P.Eng, PMP, NCSO, serves as a Senior Construction Project Manager at CIMA+ since April 2023, having previously held the position of Project Manager in Transportation & Infrastructure Field Services at WSP in Canada from May 2017 to April 2023. Prior to that, Parsa gained extensive experience at PCL Construction as a Project Engineer/Project Coordinator from January 2013 to May 2017, focusing on major projects such as the Suncor Fort Hills Secondary Extraction Unit and the Imperial Oil Kearl Lake Project. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Altera Engineering and Lead Project Coordinator at Fabslab Co., with foundational experience as a Designer at Stantec and as Project Coordinator at EPCOR. Parsa’s career began at Tablieh Co. in various capacities including Project Manager and Cost Engineer from 1995 to 2003. Parsa holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Alberta, earned between 2008 and 2009.
